Our potatoes are sourced from the golden potato-growing belt at 43° north latitude. We operate our own cultivation bases and collaborate with multiple large-scale farms, establishing a stable and traceable raw material supply system. With significant temperature differences between day and night and over 2,800 hours of annual sunlight, the region provides ideal conditions for starch-type potato cultivation. We select the superior INNOVATOR variety, renowned for its high dry matter, low sugar content, and stable frying color, making it the perfect raw material for producing high-quality French fries and Hash Brown.
Our French fries are processed in a fully enclosed, low-temperature, and hygienic production environment. Combined with automated inspection and strict quality control, this ensures that every fry is safe, consistent, and of high quality. From raw material intake to cutting, blanching, frying, and quick freezing, each step is completed under standardized procedures. Workshop temperature and humidity, oil temperature, and freezing rates are monitored throughout the process. In addition, precision equipment such as X-ray inspection, metal detection, and optical sorting is employed, enabling comprehensive quality screening of the fries. This guarantees golden color, crispy texture, and uniformity inside and out, providing safe, healthy, and high-quality delicious fries for both restaurants and retail consumers.
