Air Fryer: Preheat to 200 °C (392 °F), spread patties evenly in the basket, cook for 24 min, turning twice during cooking. Serve with ketchup if desired.
Oven: Preheat oven to 200 °C (392 °F). Line baking tray with parchment paper or lightly brush with oil. Spread patties evenly without overlapping. Bake 25–30 min, flipping once at 12–15 min. Bake until golden and crispy.
